Charred Habanero: hardwood-fire blistered fresh orange habanero peppers and smokey paprika in a tangy vinegar and cayenne pepper sauce

Add On: hearty soups, chili, stews, chowders. excellent added to butter and drizzled on steaks, seafood. adds a smokey note to tacos, Mexican, Latin , and Caribbean dishes.

Balsamic Blueberry: fresh ripe Ga Blueberries with a splash of sweet, oaky, rich balsamic vinegar gets it's heat from ripe, fiery Red Savina Habanero peppers.

Add On: eggs, grilled fish, collard greens, salad dressings, soft cheeses, fresh fruit.

Hot Red:A traditional cayenne chili pepper pepper table sauce. Not too hot, not too mild. Garlic, & earthy, with tangy vinegar kick.

Add On: Everything. Greens, grits, gumbo, BBQ, Brunswick Stew, shrimp, crabs, oysters, burgers, steaks, fried chicken, pimento cheese, peas, bean, & rice, etc....
